Mr Olakunle Olaniyi-Edwards
Olakunle Olaniyi-Edwards advises on Corporate Finance transactions. His experience cuts across the financial sector, extractive industries and Public Sector financing. His field of expertise hinges on core understandings of Financial theories (Risk, Returns (Expected and Actual), Capital Allocation, Capital Structure, Pricing and Valuation), Financial Markets (Cash/Money, Equity, Debt and Derivatives markets), and Financial products (Cash, Equity, Debt and Derivatives). His core skills are creating financial models on well-researched assumptions and data, analyzing core financial statements, create pro‐forma artefacts, core valuation of companies, transaction origination, stakeholder management and corporate governance advisory. He is particularly keen on the social developmental effect of a well-functioning market with good price discovery, transparency and deep liquidity pools, and the dent it makes on poverty. He has worked on numerous projects within leading Investment Banks such as HSBC, Barclays Capital and Lloyds Banking Group.
Kunle has a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan and attended executive courses in Investments and Capital Markets at Harvard University, USA.
Mr Michael Olorunninwo
Michael Olorunninwo is a high-performing, strategic programs and operations professional with strong track-record championing large, cross-functional / multi-disciplinary teams and leading delivery of exciting and innovative programs.
He is one of the co-founders of Quantum Growth Works based in Palo Alto, California. With over 14 years work experience, he has gained work skills with multinational companies which include NIICO Insurance, KPMG, SEVEN International as the Head of Strategy where he was responsible for championing market expansion strategy, deal origination and financial modelling. As a Sloan fellow of Stanford Graduate School of Business, he was a co-director of investment achieving $2Million investments with his team of 5 analysts. A product strategy and operations enthusiast, Michael is presently Product Operations Manager at APPLE INC.
Apart from being highly passionate about data analytics, he also has a strong intuition for designing user experience and is an ardent believer in work-to-be-done innovation and building technology that advances humanity.
He was a board member/Director of Covenant capital and Microfinance and currently a Startup advisor for Singularity University, Mountain view, California.
Michael holds an MBA from the Stanford University, a master’s in computer science from William Jessup University and Degree in Insurance/Risk Management from the prestigious University of Lagos.
Mr Olugbenga David Ashiru
Olugbenga is an experienced General Management Professional & Business Strategist with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate, management consulting, technology, retail industries and government. Highly skilled in HR Consulting, Leadership & Talent Development, Business and Executive Coaching, Organisational Development and Business Transformation. He is a result driven, motivated and resourceful executive with demonstrated ability to develop and strengthen teams to achieve business growth and optimal performance. An effective negotiator with proven experience in site selection and construction management.
Between 2003 -2007, he was the special assistant to the presidential adviser on export programmes/ CEO, Nigeria Export Promotion council (NEPC), he later became the Managing Consultant to Value Endowment Company- a human resources and business advisory consultancy from where he built 7 years’ experience & skills that further enabled his career growth to becoming the Managing Director of Rehoboth Homes & Developments Limited.
With over 18 years’ experience, he is currently the founder of Dobash Realty, Brains and Skills.
Olugbenga has a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (Business Finance) from the University of East London and an alumnus of Lagos Business School. He has attended other several trainings and certifications from leadership, employee engagement to Human resource management.
